The location was CENTRAL. It was close to everything I needed.

The mattress was REALLY uncomfortable. It sank in the middle, offering little to no support and made it hard to rest. The pillows also felt old and worn.

I found the location fantastic! I could easily walk to the Duomo and other attractions. The staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions. My room was cleaned daily. I really appreciated that.

The bathroom was quite small I noticed. The pillows were very thin. I would have liked more support. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs.
