Great Central Location

great location nearby restaurant good airconditioning helpful staff

this location is awesome to visit the Duomo. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. the airconditioning worked quite well. I found the staff very helpful. I received good information on how to get around.

the room was small. i thought the bathroom was not that clean.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was a short walk to the main square. Two Metro stations were also easily accessible. The room included a functional air conditioner.

The building felt somewhat outdated..

fantastic location helpful staff daily cleaning small bathroom thin pillows no lift

I found the location fantastic! I could easily walk to the Duomo and other attractions. The staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions. My room was cleaned daily. I really appreciated that.

The bathroom was quite small I noticed. The pillows were very thin. I would have liked more support. There was no lift. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs.

amazing location quick replies clean room

The location was special. It was only a short walk to the Duomo. The staff responded quickly when I sent emails about my arrival time change. The room was super clean and cozy.

I noticed a damp smell in the bathroom it wasn't very nice

Excellent Central Location

perfect location quiet piazza 24-hour reception effective air conditioning

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the Duomo and major tourist attractions. The 24-hour reception was very convenient for late arrivals. I also found the air conditioning to be effective.

The lack of an elevator was a slight inconvenience with luggage.
